As a member of our Enterprise team, you’ll drive growth in Freepik’s B2B expansion across the EMEA markets in different verticals. With our state-of-the-art AI creative suite already dominating the consumer and SME markets, you’ll bring a hunter mentality to establish Freepik as the essential AI platform for Creativity Without Compromise: offering a Frictionless experience with Control, Security and Support.

This is a rare opportunity to define how thousands of growing companies will create content using AI requiring grit, resourcefulness, and zero hand-holding.

As an Account Executive (AE), you will be in charge of developing B2B sales opportunities, in EMEA. You will report to the Head of B2B EMEA, and will belong to a multi-cultural team of SDR, AE, CSR,and Sales Enablement.

You will own the entire sales cycle, inbound & outbound, and your main tasks will include: evaluating customer needs, pitching qualified prospects, making commercial propositions, negotiating and closing deals.

– Track record of establishing new categories or markets in enterprise sales.

What you’ll do

Based on the sales development strategy and priorities of the company (products / market verticals / ICT), and in coordination with SDR & CSR, organize your prospection:

Market Awareness and Positioning

– Establish Freepik as the category-defining AI creative platform in your region
– Be proactive in identifying new potential markets and evolutions in our Sales Playbook
– Build and nurture senior executive relationships that position Freepik as the strategic AI partner for creative transformation.
– Keep an eye on competition, their value proposition, eventual price changes

Sales

– Hunt, prospect, and break into new accounts with a persistent, self-starting approach; develop tailored account strategies and execute high-impact outreach.
– Drive new business and revenue growth by pitching, demonstrating ROI, and closing Freepik Enterprise solutions with large organizations.
– Analyze customer needs to resolve prospects’ pain points, and articulate Freepik added value
– Lead client engagement across the full sales cycle from initial presentation and technical evaluation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
– Negotiate and close deals, hand over ready to activate clients to Customer Success
– Meet and exceed revenue and ARR targets

Operational

– Maintain CRM up to date,, monitor and report sales activities and performance

Network

– Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, IT, Finance), and managerial staff
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure solution fit, competitive differentiation, and customer satisfaction.

Technical

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Freepik’s platform, industry trends, and competitor landscape; respond effectively to RFPs and technical inquiries.

What we’re looking for

– Proven hunter with 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales (AE role).
– Track record of building new business and breaking into enterprise accounts.
– Passion for technology, AI and digital transformation.
– Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
– Ability to position technology platforms as strategic solutions.
– Fluent in English (C1+); other languages (German, Spanish) are a plus.

Bonus points if you have

– Experience selling into marketing agencies or B2C marketing teams.
– Experience in one or more of Freepik’s current market segments is considered a plus: Film Industry, Gaming, Marketing agencies and B2C marketing departments.
– Knowledge of GenAI / LLMs and the competitive AI ecosystem.
– Training in consultative or challenger sales methodologies.
