Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Revenue Manager – AI trainer and help power the next generation of finance-focused AI systems. In this unique role, you’ll channel your knowledge of finance and revenue management to collect and provide unstructured, growth-oriented data—fueling innovation in financial forecasting and ROI modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

– Gather and deliver raw, often messy financial inputs such as campaign performance screenshots, A/B test snapshots, and competitor funnel data.

– Feed unstructured growth data into AI training processes for further refinement by finance experts.

– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, real-world data sourcing.

– Carefully document sources and context for all submitted data to maximize downstream usefulness.

– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy requirements.

– Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with stakeholders and team members.

– Stay updated on industry trends in revenue management and digital growth strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Strong grasp of finance and revenue management concepts.

– Experience managing or optimizing digital growth campaigns.

– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey complex information.

– Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in documenting and submitting data.

– Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.

– Tech-savvy and comfortable working with screenshots, spreadsheets, and digital tools.

– Collaborative mindset, eager to support data needs for AI and finance experts alike.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Prior experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar digital growth-focused finance role.

– Familiarity with AI training processes or machine learning data collection.

– Knowledge of industry-leading analytics and competitor research tools.
